Molly – Female Domestic Shorthair Cat
Rescue cat for adoption in Wynnum, Brisbane: Magnificent Mumma Molly, having had at least 2 litters that we know of, is now ready to step into your life as the best companion cat ever!!!
Molly is about 2 years old. She came to pets without partners with her three 9 week old kittens and was already 5 weeks pregnant. She landed herself in the best foster home and had 5 beautiful, healthy and very active kittens. With her mothering days well and truly over she would love a home and family to call her own.
Molly is a very affectionate young lady, she love chin rubs, belly pats and especially scratches behind her ears. Molly loves a good chat and if you are not giving her enough attention she will be the first to let you know. Molly is a people cat, when you are home she loves to hang out with you and will also make your visitors feel very welcome.
Molly bonded very quickly with her foster Mum. She moved her kitten’s right beside her foster mum’s bed so she could spend time with her foster mum and her babies. Having kittens has kept Molly young at heart, she loves to play! She is not fussy when it comes to toys, whatever is about she will happily play with. Once she has had her mad half hour she will jump up to have a snooze with you.
Molly enjoys playing with gentle children, she lives with a very gentle and loving 5 year old boy, he loves to cuddle her and she is happy to oblige. If there were gentle children in her forever home she would be happy to hang out with them.
Molly’s foster family have an elderly, very placid border collie. When she first arrived she was not the least bit bothered by him. Once she had her babies she went into full protection mode, like all good mothers should, and hissed at him even if he was just sleeping at the back door. If you have a dog as long as it was gentle and you are patient we do think they will learn to get along. We also think Molly would be happy with a feline friend.
Molly would be perfectly happy to mind the house while you are at work all day and give you lots of love and attention when you get home.
If you have read how amazing Molly is and you are still not convinced Molly’s the cat for you let me try one last trick… Look deep into her beautiful green eyes…you want to adopt Molly….you want to love Molly for the rest of 9 lives… now that must have worked, Molly looks forward to meeting you soon.
