Rescue cat available for adoption in Loganholme: Hi everyone my name is “Bubby”! I may look like a kitten, however I’m all grown up and a petite little girl, for my age. Please don’t worry when you meet me that I’m a little hesitant, I’ve had a bit of a rough time you see, but I love human company and will come around quite quickly, especially when you tap that dinner bowl. That’s the way to my heart.

What do I love? Well, let’s see, I would love to sleep in your bed, although I do leave a few times during the night to play with my toys, and when I come back you might get lucky with a little kiss on the nose from me, I’m just letting you know I’m there ready to snuggle back up with you. I also can have lots of fun with a tap that might be dripping, oh, and if you don’t mind giving me your t-shirt when you’re about to have your shower, I will be very happy to roll around with it before it goes in the wash!

I do have some quirky little habits. I LOVE my wet food and it’s very important to me that it be placed on a soft mat or towel because when I’ve had enough, I have to cover it up for later, just so it’s safe, like you would with your leftovers. I also like to find a good place to hide when I have my sleeps in the daytime.

Now, about my scaredy bits. Well, I’m not fussed on loud noises like lawnmowers and such, and I do get worried when hands are coming at me to pick me up, but if you just softly say “it’s ok Bubby, it’s ok” then I’ll be fine.

Sometimes I like to have a little chat with you, but I’m not loud. I will get along with another cat, as long as I’m not attacked. I think I would be best suited to living with grown ups only.

If you can give me lots of love and soft kind words please pick me, and the day I roll around in your t-shirt that you just took off, you will know I love you back!

Adoption fee: $150

Our adoption fee includes a veterinary health check, minimum first vaccination, microchip and desexing at one of our recommended vets.  Please note that we do not freight our kittens or cats. Applicants wanting to adopt a kitten less than 20 weeks of age must be located within a reasonable proximity to one of our participating Brisbane vets.
