Lexie – female domestic short hair kitten

IMG_8050 Lexie Rescue kitten for adoption in West Chermside, Brisbane: If you are looking for a kitten that has the x-factor, then Lexie is your girl! Little Lexie is everything a cat should be, sweet, loving, curious, funny, and entertaining! Abandoned by her original owners, Lexie came into care a little on the shy side, but that didn’t last very long. Now she is more than happy to be cuddled and snuggled, often falling asleep in the arms of her foster mum. When she wants to play, then the funny side of her really shines! She loves toys with light and colour, but goes crazy for a laser light. She thinks it is fun running around at full speed, often losing traction on the wooden floors and that just makes her try harder and run faster. Lexie is happy to sleep anywhere she is allowed, whether curled up on a pillow close to her foster carers, stretched out on a spare bed, on or under the cat post or just in the middle of the floor. She is a little curious about the goings-on in the kitchen, and often wants to try to help with dinner prep. She is also intrigued by a dripping tap, and loves hanging out in the bath tub. Lexie took a short while to become accustomed to the resident cats, but now just considers them all her play toys. She is fine with children, and is often carried around like a baby her foster carer’s granddaughter. She would suit most homes, but may get a little lonely if she is left alone for extended periods of time.
