Zoey – female domestic short hair cat

Zoey 2

Rescue kitten for adoption in Chermside West: Hello, my name is Zoey. I love attention and to be around my family, I just want to be next to, or resting in your lap. I love to snuggle and cuddle, especially on the couch and in bed. I will often pull your hand towards me for a bit more of a pat, and even a little lick.

Don’t worry, I won’t bother you as I’m very quiet and will sit still and purr away. I’m well-mannered in that I don’t jump up on the benches and don’t try to sneak human food. My mumma brought me up right!

I’m very good with all people even kids, but I do like my own space though when it comes to other animals, it makes me a bit anxious but with time I warm up. I’m currently sharing with other cats and a young child, so I’m doing pretty well if I say so myself. To be honest, I’d prefer to be an only cat as I relax more that way. Oh and I’m a real “man’s cat” – I love blokes! I seek out the men’s attention more than the women’s.

I love play time and can be very energetic with the toys. But my all-time favourite pastime is when I get to go outside on a halter, I took to that very quickly! Or even better, I would love an outdoor enclosure where I can safely watch all the goings on outside …I can sit there and watch for hours – it’s just like cat TV!

Sometimes I don’t want to come inside, but rattle some food and I’ll be there!

My approximate date of birth is April 2014 and my adoption fee is $150.
