Patches – female domestic short hair cat

Patches 1 Patches 3

Rescue cat for adoption in Moorooka: Cruisy Patches impresses everyone she meets with her friendly and easy going nature. She's pretty adaptive to a new environment and she'll be cosying up to you in no time. She also takes care not to mess up the place during her explorations, so you can say she's also very neat and tidy...

Patches enjoys her moments of solitude but won't say no to some good old fussing. She is pretty quick to establish herself as a lap cat and loves nothing more than soaking up some sun from the windows too. Even when she was "on holidays" being babysat temporarily in a new foster home, she impressed everyone with the speed she settled in and claimed a few new laps to sit on. If you can imagine yourself relaxing with a cat in your lap, that cat might well be Patches. She can be quite selfish in wanting to keep her human to herself, so she would be best as a solo cat. She's friendly and responds well to strangers and likes to talk to visitors through the screen door. Trips in the car don't faze her as she takes it all calmly once she has settled down.

Patches date of birth is August 2011 and her adoption fee is $150.

Adoption Process

Our adoption fee includes a veterinary health check, vaccinations, microchip and spay/neuter, as required. Our kittens, adult cats, puppies and adult dogs are covered by a 30 day "settling in period." If you don’t believe the pet you chose is suitable, he or she may be returned to us and your adoption fee will be refunded in full. Existing health conditions are addressed at the time of the initial veterinary consultation and declared in the "medical notes" on their individual listing. During the "settling in period" we offer assurance to address any health concerns, pre-existing or otherwise, provided they are brought to our attention within 30 days from the date of adoption. This excludes any illness or injury is deemed accidental or deliberate. In the former instance, we will recommend you make an appointment with one of our participating vets for a consultation. Should you choose to use a vet of your own choice, we will not be responsible for the reimbursement of your vet fees. Please note that we do not freight our kittens, adult cats, puppies or adult dogs.
