Riley – male domestic medium hair kitten

Rescue kitten for adoption in Mount Cotton:  Riley is curious, adventurous and loves to play; ping pong balls are his favourite, he’s even learning to bat them back to you.  Riley currently resides in a busy home with other cats, dogs and is often visited by small children.

His origins are unknown to us, but after being discovered dumped in a box it was clear to us that they had lacked some serious tlc. He as come along in leaps and bounds and after recently being separated from his mum, his confidence is growing and his affection for humans is blossoming. He has recently discovered the benefits of lap sitting and is thinking this may not be a bad place to perch once in a while.

Riley is gentle and does not bite or scratch. He is confident around dogs and people, loves a scratch and will cuddle up to either the dog or a human at night-time.  Riley is a delightful boy and a pleasure to have in the house. He would fit in with any family that will play with him, show him affection, love him forever and promise that he will never be left out in the cold again.

Adoption Process

Our adoption fee of $180 includes a veterinary health check, initial and booster vaccinations, microchip and spay/neuter, as required. Our kittens, adult cats, puppies and adult dogs are covered by a 30 day “settling in period.” If you don’t believe the pet you chose is suitable, he or she may be returned to us and your adoption fee will be refunded in full. Existing health conditions are addressed at the time of the initial veterinary consultation and declared in the “medical notes” on their individual listing.

During the “settling in period” we offer assurance to address any health concerns, pre-existing or otherwise, provided they are brought to our attention within 30 days from the date of adoption. This excludes any illness or injury is deemed accidental or deliberate. In the former instance, we will recommend you make an appointment with one of our participating vets for a consultation. Should you choose to use a vet of your own choice, we will not be responsible for the reimbursement of your vet fees.

Applicants wanting to adopt a kitten less than 20 weeks of age must be located within a reasonable proximity to one of our participating Brisbane vets.

Please note that we do not freight our kittens, adult cats, puppies or adult dogs.
